These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Journely LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our") concerning your use of the Service.

• Not have been previously terminated or suspended from the Service
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

By using the Service, you consent to the cross-border transfer of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

• An AI-powered spiritual guidance and self-discovery platform
• A tool for generating BaZi (八字) and Zi Wei Dou Shu (紫微斗數) charts
• A platform for exploring personality through Eastern and Western perspectives
• An educational resource about traditional fortune-telling systems
• A palm reading and face reading analysis tool using AI vision
• A voice analysis tool for phonognomy (聲相) insights
• An entertainment and self-reflection service

3.2 What Tamhon IS NOT:

• NOT a licensed fortune teller, psychic, or spiritual practitioner
• NOT a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service
• NOT a replacement for professional mental health counseling
• NOT a predictor of guaranteed future events
• NOT a scientific or medically validated service
• NOT financial, legal, or medical advice

• We DO NOT predict death, serious illness, accidents, or harm
• We DO NOT make definitive statements about your future
• We DO NOT claim our readings are scientifically proven
• We DO NOT replace doctors, therapists, lawyers, or financial advisors

4.1 Permitted Uses:

4.2 Prohibited Uses:

• Use the Service to make major life decisions without professional consultation
• Misrepresent yourself as a fortune teller using our tools
• Upload images of others without their consent
• Use the Service to harass, manipulate, or deceive others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Sell, rent, or sublicense access to the Service

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Tamhon or its licensors and are protected by Japanese and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS
• SECURITY OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
• RESULTS FROM USE OF THE SERVICE

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JOURNELY LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR:

• ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
• ANY DECISIONS OR ACTIONS TAKEN BASED ON READINGS FROM OUR SERVICE
• ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS
• ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION
• ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, OR TROJAN HORSES
• ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN READINGS OR INTERPRETATIONS

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Journely LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and suppliers from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Decisions or actions you take based on readings from the Service
• Any content you submit to the Service (including photos and audio)

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended period of inactivity (24+ months)
• At our sole discretion for any reason

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@journely.me. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before becoming effective. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Tamhon provides insights based on traditional mệnh lý học (destiny studies) and modern psychology for self-discovery and entertainment purposes. This is not a professional fortune-telling service or medical/psychological advice. Your destiny is shaped by your own choices.
